Spring 2010
"Traditional" Scavenger Hunt Galleries
On March 13, 2010, 11 of our members gathered in Charleston
to shoot the Spring 2010 Scavenger Hunt. It is called "traditional" because
participants were refrained from using post productions techniques to enhance
their images. Simply put, we wanted to see an image as close as possible as it
looked right from the camera - like we were shooting slide film. Then on April
5th, members and guests had the opportunity
to judge the 110 images from the 10 categories/subjects.
For a limited time, you can view all the submitted images and judge them yourself (using
the standard 1-9 scale with 9 being "perfect", 5 average and 1 as "just
because"). Or you can view the just the winning images. Plus, if you are
interested, you can view the score sheets (judges names are withheld to protect
the 'innocent"). Each gallery should open into a new window.
